Our All-Purpose Cleaner is designed for constant use and perfect for high-trafficked areas. This product provides a fast and effective clean without the harsh chemicals and toxic fumes found in traditional cleaning products. 


It is formulated using the same hypochlorous acid (HOCl) active ingredient that is found in our Disinfectant + Sanitizer. We simply produce a slightly less concentrated solution that is more appropriate for cleaning as much as you want throughout the day. Our All-Purpose Cleaners are great for use in between those deeper disinfections.

THE CLEAN REPUBLIC DIFFERENCE

Unlike most All-Purpose Cleaners that are typically more for fragrance rather than cleaning, our All-Purpose Cleaners actually clean surface debris and deodorize. Per CDC guidelines, removing dirt and impurities from surfaces or objects is a necessary step before proper disinfection can occur. This product will not necessarily kill germs. But by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection. This is why we recommend using our All-Purpose Cleaners as much as you want throughout the day when disinfection isn’t actually necessary. This product is great to use when your kids and pets are around!

What is the difference between this product and the gallon of All-Purpose Cleaner?
The only difference is the size of product, otherwise, the products are the same.
What’s the difference between a Disinfectant and a Cleaner?
Cleaners are not registered with the EPA and cannot make public health claims on their label such as killing germs or having any anti-microbial action.
Why should I use a cleaner if I have a disinfectant?
Disinfectants need to contact the area to disinfect and cannot do this effectively with a barrier of dirt or grime in the way. Once the dirt has been wiped away the disinfectant can get to work. Under lightly soiled conditions, you can clean and disinfect in the same step with just Clean Republic Disinfectant + Sanitizer. (NOTE: EPA requires all disinfectants carry the following label direction: “For heavily soiled areas, a pre-cleaning step is required.”)
Why is this product at 100 ppms while the APC gallon used to be diluted to 30 ppms?
It’s important to remember that we created this product for at home use before COVID-19 hit, and we wanted to provide an All-Purpose Cleaner for any surface kind. Therefore, 30 PPMs was suggested for any low-touch surfaces, while the gallon of APC could be diluted to any strength desired - we recommend 100 PPMs for high-touch surfaces.
Can this be used as a produce wash?
We are currently in the process of registering with the FDA.
Which surfaces can I use this product on?
Our APC can be used on almost any surface: tables, chairs, cabinets, cribs, high chairs, changing tables, swings and more, without damaging finishes or fabrics. Plush, plastic or wooden toys, book covers for babies, and chew toys for pets. Clothing, towels, cloth diapers, and bibs, to deodorize.
Do I need to wipe this product after spraying?
You do not - just spray and go.
Is this product safe to use around my kids, pets, and plants?
Yes, Clean Republic products are made by applying a low electric charge to a combination of salt and water. The combination of these ingredients creates Hypochlorous Acid, which is a chemical compound naturally produced by the human body as part of our immune response. These products are all-natural, and do not contain any carcinogens or harmful synthetic chemicals.
